ABOUT OCTAVIA LANDY
Octavia Landy is a UKCP and BACP registered Integrative Psychotherapist, Director of RE:HAPPY, and specialist in neurodiversity, grief, and wellbeing in the screen industries.
She holds an MA/Advanced Diploma in Integrative Psychotherapy from The Minster Centre in London, one of the UK’s leading training institutes, and works within the BACP and UKCP ethical frameworks. Her clinical approach is relational, flexible, and rooted in both professional training and lived experience.
Before retraining as a therapist, Octavia worked in television for over 25 years as a Production Manager and Line Producer. During this time she developed a deep understanding of the pressures, challenges, and creative demands of the screen industries. This background now informs her role as a welfare consultant, where she advises production companies on mental health, wellbeing, and safeguarding practices.
Alongside her industry work, Octavia runs a private practice offering psychotherapy and coaching. She specialises in supporting neurodivergent clients (autistic, ADHD, AuDHD and others), as well as people navigating grief, bereavement, and traumatic loss. She works with several bereavement charities to facilitate groups and support to those who have experienced traumatic losses, and brings high levels of empathy, insight, and practical support to her work.
She is BACP (MBACP 388927) and UKCP (2011171748) registered, and works within the BACP & UKCP ethical frameworks. See https://www.bacp.co.uk/ or https://www.psychotherapy.org.uk/ for more information.
