RE:HAPPY brings together over 25 years of TV production experience and advanced psychotherapeutic training to provide mental health support and wellbeing consultancy for the screen industries, alongside private therapy specialising in neurodiversity and grief.

Integrative Psychotherapy

Octavia Landy is a UKCP and BACP registered Integrative Psychotherapist, offering 50-minute sessions online and in person. She works with adults seeking support for anxiety, depression, life transitions, and the challenges of grief and neurodivergence. Her approach is relational, flexible, and grounded in over a decade of clinical training, including a Masters from The Minster Centre.

Before training as a psychotherapist, Octavia spent more than 25 years working in TV production, experience that now underpins her work as a specialist welfare consultant to the screen industries. This unique background gives her a deep understanding of both creative environments and the pressures they bring, alongside her commitment to providing thoughtful, compassionate therapy.

Film & TV Welfare Consultancy

When Octavia began retraining as a therapist, conversations within the screen industries about wellbeing were less common. In recent years, there has been a significant and welcome shift in attitudes towards mental health both on- and off-screen. Octavia is well-positioned to provide consultancy services and training for production companies on best practices in mental health, wellbeing, and safeguarding. See the Welfare page for more information about the services offered.

Neurodiversity

Octavia Landy specialises in neurodiversity-affirming therapy and coaching, offering tailored support for autistic and ADHD clients, as well as those exploring other forms of neurodivergence. Her integrative approach combines depth therapy with practical strategies, creating a flexible space that works with neurodivergent ways of thinking and being. For more information, see the Neurodiversity page.

Grief / Loss

Octavia Landy offers specialist support for those navigating grief and bereavement, including sudden, traumatic, or stigmatized loss. Drawing on her integrative psychotherapy training and lived experience, she provides a compassionate space to explore the complex emotions of loss and its impact on relationships, identity, and daily life. For more information, see the Grief Support page.
